Battling through loss and marriage failure has taught me many lessons but perhaps most importantly to confront my existential crises with reality and truth As easy as it is to say many women still suffer sadness loss of someone special loss of confidence self value that sometimes leads to depression and desperation
Its ok to Not be Ok is the conference coming this April 21-23. at Atlanta Georgia which will not just talk about telling people to be okay but aims on making people heal from emotional pain recover from losing self value and accept the pain itself We will have therapists yoga pastors speakers and break out sessions.
